The people in the infomercial are extremely fit and eager about this system. P90x is an intense workout but a good workout nevertheless so if you are in shape and want to take it to another level this program may be the answer for you. But be carefully if you have any health issues and check with your doctor before working out with p90x. You don’t want to injury yourself before your wedding and this system takes dedication so if your schedule is hectic for planning your wedding you might want to try something less intense or time consuming. The average length of each routine is about 60 minutes, with the exception of the yoga routine, which is 90 minutes. You start with routines 1-6 for the first three weeks (strength day one, three and five and cardio/stretching on two, four and six), do cardio and stretching in the fourth week, perform a different set of routines in weeks five-eight, cardio/stretching week nine, and cycle through two weeks of the original routines, then two weeks of the same routine in weeks five-eight. Then the cycle starts over again with more weight and reps.

20 pounds seems a lot to lose in 4 weeks but Khloe Kardashian loss that amount for her wedding. We all wonder how she accomplished that. She said that she lost it by working out with her sister Kim kardashian. Kim has a personal trainer and said that she works out at least 3 times a week. When she is in the mood she might do 4 or 5 times a week. Kim starts with 30 minutes on the treadmill and then lifts weights. She rotates her legs and arms for optimal results for 30 minutes. And for her diet she has cut back sweets and added more protein to her meals. Kim also has workout dvds at Kim Kardashian: Fit In Your Jeans by Friday: Ultimate Butt Body Sculpt to help keep her in shape.
I am not sure if Khloe only follow her sister plan but I am glad that she reach and maintain her goal. Hopefully she did it the healthy way because she looks happy and well.
