Did Khloe Kardisian Really Lose 20 pounds For Her Wedding

20 pounds seems a lot to lose in 4 weeks but Khloe Kardashian loss that amount for her wedding. We all wonder how she accomplished that. She said that she lost it by working out with her sister Kim kardashian. Kim has a personal trainer and said that she works out at least 3 times a week. When she is in the mood she might do 4 or 5 times a week. Kim starts with 30 minutes on the treadmill and then lifts weights. She rotates her legs and arms for optimal results for 30 minutes. And for her diet she has cut back sweets and added more protein to her meals. Kim also has workout dvds at Kim Kardashian: Fit In Your Jeans by Friday: Ultimate Butt Body Sculpt to help keep her in shape.

I am not sure if Khloe only follow her sister plan but I am glad that she reach and maintain her goal. Hopefully she did it the healthy way because she looks happy and well.
