I wanted to find a health alternative that will not only help burn some of those calories but will help you <strong>lose the weight</strong> the healthy way. I made list of fruits that you can enjoy without feeling guilty.</p>
<p><strong>Fruits</strong></p>
<p><strong>Apples:</strong></p>

<li>Apples fight all different types of cancer within the body.</li>
<li>Apples have fiber in them that helps keep your system moving.</li>
<li>Apples are crammed with vitamins and mineral and are perfect for a snack. Apples can give you the energy you want without the fat or salt content.</li>

P90x is an intense workout but a good workout nevertheless so if you are in shape and want to take it to another level this program may be the answer for you. But be carefully if you have any health issues and check with your doctor before working out with p90x. You don’t want to injury yourself before your wedding and this system takes dedication so if your schedule is hectic for planning your wedding you might want to try something less intense or time consuming. The average length of each routine is about 60 minutes, with the exception of the yoga routine, which is 90 minutes. <p>Motivation is what you need to stay on your wedding weight loss goals. We are trying to achieve our goals and enjoy the life we have but unfortunately the same life that we want to improve can get in our way of our goals and aspirations. But how do we stay on track  and be motivated?</p>

You might have a food slip up that day and push it out of your mine, but when you get home and write down what you&#8217;ve done –you can ask your self was it really worth it. The next day you can read what you wrote and how you felt so you won’t’ slip up the next time.</li>

<p>When we were little children our motivation was endless. My 13 year old niece wanted a kitten so bad but her mom was dead set against it. Her mother told her that they didn’t have the money to buy a kitten. My niece pleading and pleading non stop for that kitten but to no avail. But my niece was so determine to get that kitten. My niece was motivated by sheer will. The fact that her mother was so against it did not deter her. She thought about what her mother said about the money issue and thought to her self -how can I get a kitten without any money? She decided to call the shelter, but the shelter wanted money – 65 dollars for a kitten. She told the manager of the shelter  her dilemma and how badly she wanted a kitten. The manager said that there was nothing that she could do. For my niece this was the last option. She asked the manager did she need any volunteer help at the shelter. And the manager said that she did. My niece said that if she helped out in the shelter could she get the kitten. The manager thought about it and agreed. My niece helped with feeding the animals and watching over them. My niece enjoyed it so much that she decided that she wants to do it as a career. By sheer motivation and determination my niece got her kitten, which she name nibbles. And experience what it would be like to work with animals.</p>
<p>I write this article to illustrate that any thing is possible if you have the right mind set. Weight lost can be extremely difficult. But weight lost is obtainable. I know the pressure of a wedding can be tremendous, but if you set your weight loss goals and stick to them the awards are amazing.</p>

Its hard to know which exercises and equipment work and which don&#8217;t. Hopefully this article will help you answer this question and make an informated decision about how exercise will suit you best.</p>
<p>The first thing to take into consideration is your size and range of motion. If you are larger and/or you find your joints are always sore, running probably isn&#8217;t the best exercise choice for you. The amount of weight on your already sore knees will be unhealthy. Like wise exercise machines such as treadmills and elliptical are also definitely out of the question. If you are larger or have sore joints you should first do something that will strengthen your joints. Take some joint repair supplements and start a walking routine. Try to walk a comfortable pace, but push yourself as much as you can. Also, start some weight lifting. Start with lighter weights, then increase to a level where you can feel your joints working but not hurting.</p>

<p>If you have thinner body type the world is your oyster, you can do any exercise you want, however you probably want to keep things like weight class in mind if you decide to take up something like judo or wrestling!</p>

<p>You have spent so much money on the wedding, so the big question is how can you lose the weight before the wedding without spending so much money.</p>
<p>At home exercising is by far one of the best ways to burn off body fat and sculpt the body you desire. Why at home exercising? Here are a few great reasons:</p>
<p>-You will save time because you won&#8217;t have to drive to the gym, wait for equipment, and then drive back home. Because of this fact, you will have more time to spend on activities you enjoy and with your family. That fact alone makes home workouts so desirable.</p>
<p>-You will save money because you won&#8217;t be paying for a monthly gym membership or the gas to get to and from the gym.</p>
<p>-You can get more results in less time- you truly can get better results in less time with at home workouts than you could at a gym loaded with free weights, machines, and cardio equipment. However, you must follow a few simple, yet very important tips for this to happen.</p>
<p>Tip One: Choose the proper exercises. Exercising at home does not mean you should be spending your time doing leg lifts and crunches. If you want to burn off pounds of body fat and sculpt a lean, athletic body, you must perform exercises that will give you &#8220;the biggest bang for your buck.&#8221; (You will get a sample workout at the end of this article).</p>

<p>The exercises that will give you the most return from your efforts are the ones that allow you to use the most amount of muscle mass. Some examples include: squats, lunges, push-ups, inverted rows, chin-ups, dips, and other bodyweight exercises.</p>
<p>Some other great exercises you may not be aware of, but should definitely incorporate into your at home workouts are: squat thrusts, burpees, planks, mountain climbers, bear crawls, various jumps, and many other bodyweight-only exercises.</p>
<p>The exercises that were just mentioned will allow you to burn off pounds of body fat and develop a lean, athletic appearance better than any machine ever could.</p>
<p>Tip Two: Use the proper intensity. When most people exercise at home they gradually move from one exercise to the next and don&#8217;t really challenge themselves. Doing a few push-ups and then some half-rep squats is not going to help you burn off body fat or develop a lean body.</p>
<p>In order to get more results in less time, you must use intensity with your workouts. As an example, you could keep your rest periods very brief and move quickly through the workout. You could also choose challenging exercises. I&#8217;ll provide you with a sample workout, but on to tip three first.</p>
<p>Tip Three: Implement different training techniques. What this mean is that you can change the way you perform the exercises. As an example, you could perform 20 bodyweight squats as fast as possible. The next time you do squats, perform them in a slow and controlled manner &#8211; take three seconds to lower yourself, pause at the bottom, and then take three seconds to squat back up. You could also combine these two methods: perform 10 squats as fast as possible, and then perform 10 in a slow and controlled manner.</p>
<p>Sample Workout:</p>
<p>-Jump jacks x 50</p>
<p>-Bodyweight Squats x 15</p>
<p>-Push-ups x 12</p>
<p>-Inverted rows x 12</p>
<p>-Crossover lunges x 10 each leg</p>
<p>-Plank x 30 seconds</p>
<p>-Burpees x 8</p>
<p>Perform every exercise for the prescribed reps (or time period) without resting in between exercises. After you complete the last exercise (burpees, in this example) rest for one to two minutes, and then repeat that workout three to four more times.</p>
<p>That sample workout will give you more results in less time than a traditional gym workout could. In fact, that workout will only take you about 15 minutes to complete. It usually takes most people at least that long just to drive to the gym!</p>
<p>I promise you, that 15 minute bodyweight workout will allow you to burn more body fat and sculpt your body better than any machine or piece of cardio equipment ever could, and in much less time.</p>

Especially, when you have to taste test your wedding cake and other food for your wedding. The cake alone can put on extra pounds for your wedding day.</span></p>

The day that you start your weight loss your refrigerator should be completely free of all junk food. Your wedding day can be extremely emotional and food can bring energy or weight gain. So, when the chaos starts take a deep breath visualize your weight loss achievement. Grab anything healthy from your kitchen and deal with that obstacle.</span></p>
